New York Medical Malpractice: 1 Question To Ask Every Lawyer

Oginski-Law.com

Searching for lawyer to represent you in your New York medical malpractice, accident case, negligence case or wrongful death case can be daunting.

One question you should be asking every lawyer: "Who is going to be handling my case throughout the course of the litigation?"

If you do not ask this question, you may be surprised the first time you pick up the phone and call the law firm asking to speak to the attorney who you initially met with on the day you signed your retainer.

You may be shocked to learn that the lawyer that you met with is not the one who handles the day-to-day details of your case.

It would be helpful for you to know who is the attorney who is going to represent you at your deposition or more formally known as an examination before trial.

You might also be thinking that the lawyer who represents you at your deposition is going to be the lawyer who handles your trial.

You might be shocked again to learn that the lawyer who's going to handle your trial may be different than the first lawyer you met or the lawyer who handles your case on daily basis or even the lawyer who represented you at your deposition.

Here's a cardiac malpractice case where I was able to achieve a $6 million dollar settlement for my client.

Here's a foot surgery case where a Westchester, NY jury awarded my client $1.55 million dollars for her pain and suffering.
