Medical Malpractice: Did Any Doctor Confirm Wrongdoing? NY Trial Attorne...
http://www.Oginski-Law.com
When an injured victim calls and wants to know if they have a valid case, of the key questions I always ask is:
"Did any doctor or hospital staff confirm your belief that something was done wrong?"
Why do I ask that question?
I want to know what prompted them to call. Often it is a doctor or hospital staff member who plants a seed of doubt in the family's mind that something may have been done wrong.
In order to fully evaluate a medical malpractice case in New York, I need to do a full investigation; get all of the medical records and speak to your treating physicians and my own medical experts to get a full understanding of what happened.
Only then can I reach an educated decision about how to proceed forward.
Watch the video to learn more.
Here's a cardiac malpractice case where I was able to achieve a $6 million dollar settlement for my client.
Here's a foot surgery case where a Westchester, NY jury awarded my client $1.55 million dollars for her pain and suffering.
