Birth Injuries in New York

http://www.oginski-law.com

If your child is not meeting their developmental milestones you may be asking yourself "Why not?"

When the pediatrician tells you that your child is not sitting up when they should; is not able to eat on their own and is not walking when they should, you begin to question yourself and ask "Why not?"

Brain damage can occur during labor and delivery from a failure to recognize deliver a baby in distress. There may be other causes that explain why the baby is delayed or has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, but you often cannot escape the question of whether something happened at the time of birth that caused your baby to suffer permanent brain damage.

Watch the video to learn more.
